Every placement is planned with care, matching the individual with support workers who share their interests, communicate effectively, and bring the right combination of skill and warmth.

Our supported living service includes daily living skills, personal care, community access, health management, social engagement, and tenancy support. For individuals with complex needs — including those requiring positive behaviour support or specialist communication approaches — our staff receive ongoing training and work under clinical guidance.

We collaborate with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, community learning disability teams, and allied health professionals to ensure that support is holistic, informed, and responsive to changing needs.

We welcome referrals from social workers, transition teams, and commissioners across Liverpool. Our process is transparent, with clear timelines, named contacts, and honest communication about capacity and suitability.
