We work closely with community learning disability teams, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, and allied health professionals to ensure that every aspect of support is evidence-based, compassionate, and responsive to the individual's evolving needs.

We welcome referrals from social workers, transition teams, and commissioning professionals across the North East. Our referral process is clear and honest, with named contacts who communicate openly about timelines, matching, and suitability.
